Tour Program
DCNE and DFL are well established in each of our port cities and have worked for many years to develop a creative and innovative tour program. Among our strengths is our comprehensive tour guide training program. We have worked extensively with local historians, community leaders, teachers and experienced guides to create a very thorough guide training manual in order to ensure that the quality of our guide is of the highest standard. While most of our guides are former teachers or historians, each year we continually offer seminars and training sessions for our guides.

Cruise Ship Turnaround Services & Logistics
Among our company's strengths is our extremely experienced management team, almost all of whom have worked in the cruise line industry prior to joining our company. With this depth of knowledge we are able to fully understand and successfully operate all logistical aspects of the Cruise Ship Turnaround operation. With no detail overlooked, including debarkation, traffic control, baggage handling, ground transportation, airport meet and greet, hotel hospitality and transfers, embark, check in, and boarding, our staff and management team excel in each aspect of the operation to create a seamless experience for the guest.

Airport Meet & Greet Services
We at DCNE and DFL believe the "First Impression" is of critical importance! Our professional, uniformed, and well-trained meet and greet staff are dedicated to making the first impression an excellent experience for your client or guest. We have been facilitating the smooth transition of both passengers and their luggage to and from airports in our port cities for many years. Whether meeting 10 people, or organizing groups of over 2,000 as we do with our cruise line clients, our expertise in coordinating manifests, gate personnel, baggage handling and vehicle schedules allows you to rest assured that no detail will be overlooked.

Ground Transportation/Shuttles
As both DCNE and DFL are the major providers for tour and turnaround operations for the majority of cruise lines visiting our port cities, we enjoy a large volume of business with all local transportation companies which in turn allows us to offer the best possible service at the best possible price. As we work in multiple cities we also have an extensive fleet of over 300 buses available for all of our operational needs. Based on your transportation needs, we will secure the best possible equipment available and ensure all logistical aspects of the operation are in place, including a master transportation plan, driver instructions, routes, timing, communication and the flexibility to handle any last minute changes.

Hotel Hospitality
DCNE and DFL have worked for many years to development excellent relationships with a number of hotels in the cities we work in. This relationship allows our staff to cater to the needs of your guests and ensure no detail is overlooked. Our hotel hospitality staff are also well-versed about local restaurants, museums, sightseeing opportunities, and local information to ensure your guests enjoy their stay.
