Hotel Hospitality Supervisor

•  Responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel hospitality operations to include staffing, transportation, communication with key personnel and guest conflict resolution.

•  Qualifications: Extensive hospitality industry/customer service experience required (cruise ship pier or onboard operations preferred). Experience managing a large staff is a plus. This position requires excellent customer service skills, very clear verbal communication skills and comfort with standing for long periods of time. This position requires work on weekends and holidays.

Hotel Hospitality Desk Agent

•  Description: Responsible for providing guest information regarding transfers, assisting with lost luggage issues, and problem resolution. Must be knowledgeable about local area.

•  Qualifications: This position requires excellent customer service skills, and very clear verbal communication skills. Prior experience with hotels or cruise lines a plus! This position requires work on weekends and holidays.
